Student Feedback System

A Student Feedback System provided by AICTE 360 Degree Feedback is a digital framework adopted by Success Degree College to collect, analyze, and manage students' opinions regarding their courses, instructors, and campus facilities.

While traditional methods rely on physical paper forms, modern institutions use web-based portals to automate data collection and generate real-time reports, saving significant time and reducing administrative paperwork.

The AICTE 360 Degree Feedback system is a mandatory performance evaluation mechanism for faculty members in AICTE-approved technical institutions. It is designed to create a comprehensive performance profile for teachers.

Key Assessment Parameters

The total score is calculated based on several criteria, with a maximum possible score often weighted across the following areas:

Teaching Process (25 Points): Evaluation of classroom delivery and coverage of the prescribed syllabus.
Students' Feedback (25 Points): Students rate the teacher on course delivery, clarity, and engagement.
Departmental Activities (20 Points): Involvement in department-level tasks like coordination or lab maintenance.
Institute Activities (10 Points): Participation in broader institutional roles (e.g., Warden, Training & Placement Officer).
ACR - Annual Confidential Report (10 Points): Based on the grading maintained at the institute level.
Contribution to Society (10 Points): Recognition for community service or initiatives beyond the campus.

Implementation & Portals

The system is primarily implemented through the Smart Cookie Rewards platform in association with AICTE.

Registration: Both students and teachers must register on the portal using their AICTE Permanent ID or college-provided credentials.
Stakeholders: Feedback is collected from multiple sources, including the individual teacher (self-assessment), students, Heads of Departments (HOD), and the Principal.
Process: Administrators upload institutional data (departments, subjects, student-teacher mapping), after which stakeholders log in to submit their respective feedback modules.
