Research & Development (R&D) or Climate Cell

The IIC, Success Degree College R&D Cell-cum-Idea Cafe is created as per the guidelines of the Ministry of Education, Innovation Council (MIC), and the framework provided in IIC 8.0. It functions as a conceptual innovation space that integrates the formal structure of a Research & Development Cell with the informal, collaborative environment of a café to encourage creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

In Success Degree College the Idea Incubation Center (CAST) collects ideas and builds an idea bank. These collected ideas are then forwarded to the R&D Cell, where they are analyzed, refined, and optimized into practical, real-life solutions.

The committee includes a Chairperson, Coordinator and Members, along with Ex-Officio Members such as the President, Vice President, Convenor of IIC, Director of IQAC, and the Senior Superintendent of the Research Section. Student members also play an active role.

This integrated structure promotes realistic, application-driven research that can evolve into impactful innovations and successful startups.
